What Seven stores
Seven may store your account email, password hash, Seven account ID, linked TikTok Unique ID and display name, previous linked TikTok identities, streamer-specific balances, SI Points, purchases, refunds, bans, transaction timestamps and payment-provider references.
Why Seven uses it
This information is used to identify registered viewers in participating LIVE streams, synchronize balances, deliver purchased Chaos Bucks, prevent duplicate spending or refunds, maintain financial records, support account recovery and operate streamer dashboards.
Streamer access
A participating streamer can access records associated with that streamer's Seven storefront and integration, including TikTok identity, purchases, Chaos Bucks use, refund amounts and streamer-specific ban status. Viewer account passwords are never shared with streamers.
Payment data
Card details are entered into Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Seven. Seven stores payment identifiers and financial results needed to reconcile purchases, fees and refunds.
Local streamer profiles
When a registered viewer engages in a participating stream, the Seven streamer app may create or refresh a local profile containing that viewer's Seven identity and streamer-specific balance information. The Seven server remains the authoritative record for purchased credits and financial transactions.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. Browser sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies when the site is served over HTTPS. Payment and app integration credentials are kept server-side.
Testing status
This policy describes the testing architecture and should be reviewed before public launch, especially if additional identity providers, analytics or communication systems are added.
