1. Chaos Bucks
Chaos Bucks are digital interaction credits for use through Seven Interactive with the participating streamer selected for that balance. They are not TikTok Coins, are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between streamers or Seven accounts.
2. Seven accounts and TikTok identity
Your Seven account is the persistent account record. A TikTok Unique ID is linked to that account so participating Seven streamer apps can identify you during a LIVE. TikTok display names are not used as the authoritative identity because display names may be duplicated. You must only link a TikTok identity you are entitled to use.
3. Streamer-specific balances
Chaos Bucks purchased for one participating streamer remain associated with that streamer. A balance for one streamer cannot be moved to another streamer, even if the same payment account receives both streamers' sales.
4. Refunds
Unused purchased Chaos Bucks may be refunded through Seven to the original payment method at the proportional amount originally paid for those unused credits. Bonus credits in a pack are therefore valued proportionally across that pack. Chaos Bucks already used for interactions are not refundable for change of mind. Earned, promotional or manually granted Chaos Bucks are not refundable. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Refund processing
When you request a refund, affected unused purchased Chaos Bucks are frozen immediately. They cannot be spent while Stripe processes the refund. If a refund succeeds, those credits are permanently removed. If a refund fails, Seven may restore the frozen credits. A refund may remain pending while the payment processor waits for sufficient merchant funds or otherwise completes processing.
6. Streamer bans
A participating streamer may restrict or ban a Seven account from that streamer's Seven integration. A streamer ban prevents purchases and spending with that streamer and follows the Seven account even if the linked TikTok username changes. A ban does not move that balance to another streamer. Eligible unused purchased Chaos Bucks remain subject to the refund process above.
7. Payment records
Seven records purchases, the selected streamer, TikTok Unique ID at the time of purchase, Chaos Bucks credited and used, refunds, timestamps and payment-provider references. Participating streamers may access transaction records for their own storefront through authorized controls attached to their normal Seven account.
8. Chargebacks and corrections
If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded by a payment provider or found to be invalid, Seven may reverse the corresponding unused credits and record an account adjustment. Seven may restrict spending while a payment dispute is unresolved.
9. Availability
Seven is an evolving software service. Temporary outages, TikTok platform changes, payment-provider interruptions and game integration failures may occur. Financial and balance records are designed to synchronize when services recover.
10. Changes
These testing terms may change before public launch. Material changes may require account holders to accept a newer version before making additional purchases.
