What is Seven Interactive?
Seven connects a streamer's LIVE audience to supported games. Viewers can use Chaos Bucks on Seven Web to trigger actions while the streamer is live.
No software jargon. Just the answers viewers and streamers usually need.

Chaos Bucks (CB) are Seven's paid credits. One paid CB represents US$0.01 of purchased value. CB are held separately for each streamer, so CB bought for Boogie are not the same wallet as CB bought for McBeth.
Yes. Seven currently gives a small non-refundable signup bonus for participating streamer wallets. Promotional or courtesy CB are separate from paid CB and cannot be refunded for cash.
Yes. Unused paid Chaos Bucks can be refunded back to the original payment method at their remaining paid value. Once CB are successfully used on an action, that used value is no longer an unused-CB refund.
Seven reserves the required CB while the action is being delivered. The streamer app must acknowledge successful execution before the spend is finalized. If the action fails, is rejected or expires, the reservation is released.
The Seven app can be connected to TikTok even when the current game server is not ready for Seven actions. On a supported dedicated server, Seven Server Info must be available before the website can safely deliver game actions.
The streamer can keep TikTok LIVE, chat and Seven Assistant connected while turning off TikTok gift-triggered game actions. In Website Only mode, paid game actions are delivered through Seven Web using Chaos Bucks.
TikTok gift coin value and Seven Web CB price are now separate. A streamer can keep a one-coin TikTok trigger but choose a different Chaos Bucks price for the same Seven Web action.
No. Tips are direct streamer support and do not add CB to a viewer wallet. They are tracked separately from Chaos Bucks purchases and refund reserve.
The reserve is money that must remain available because viewers may still refund unused paid Chaos Bucks. Seven keeps that liability separate from money that has been released from the CB refund reserve.
For the shared merchant account, Seven calculates how much is no longer required for outstanding CB refunds. The streamer should use Seven's current SAFE TO WITHDRAW figure rather than withdrawing the full Stripe balance.
No. Boogie's Seven Business view is scoped to her own activity. McBeth can see the combined merchant picture because his Stripe account physically receives payments for both participating streamer stores.
Seven currently uses one physical merchant account for the tester setup. Seven records which streamer each purchase or tip belongs to and keeps the streamer books separate. McBeth settles Boogie's released share separately.
Seven's current creator model is 0% platform commission on streamer-intended Chaos Bucks earnings and tips. Third-party payment processing fees still exist.
Seven Web is the authoritative source for the financial ledger, reserve, refunds and reports. The desktop app provides convenient access and downloads, but local activity history is not the source of truth for accounting.
Use Seven Support before trying to correct balances or payments yourself. Include your Seven account details and the purchase/action reference when you have one.
